License Agreement

Please read the different types of licenses available before making any purchase.

This Agreement, is made and entered into as of the date of purchase, by and between ALIA SCHAFER herein referred to as “Salesperson”, and the user herein referred to as “Client”, regarding the online purchase of the Zip file and its content digitally downloaded from this website (“www.aliaschafer.com”) herein referred to as “Product”.

The Client hereby agrees to be of legal age to enter this agreement. By purchasing the Product, the Client hereby accept the terms below, written and given by the Salesperson.

1.      Music License

Each Product sold on this website that includes music material is entitled to one of four of the following licenses per Product:

(a) Basic License

  • The Client is to be delivered the Product in high quality MP3 format compressed in 256kbps mastered versions.
  • The Product licensed by the Salesperson to the Client is Royalty Free.
  • The Client is eligible up to 2000 units of the Product through unlimited territory.
  • The Client is eligible up to 2000 streams on the web.
  • The Client is eligible up to 2 broadcast plays.
  • The Client is entitled to choose the song name.
  • The Client is entitled to represent the song under his own artist/stage name.
  • The Client is entitled to record vocals material on the Product.

(b) Premium License

  • The Client is to be delivered the Product in high quality WAV format in 44.1kHz at 24bit mastered versions.
  • The Product licensed by the Salesperson to the Client is Royalty Free.
  • The Client is eligible up to 5000 units of the Product through unlimited territory.
  • The Client is eligible up to 5000 streams on the web.
  • The Client is eligible up to 5 broadcast plays.
  • The Client is entitled to choose the song name.
  • The Client is entitled to represent the song under his own artist/stage name.
  • The Client is entitled to record vocals material on the Product.

(c) Unlimited License

  • The Client is to be delivered the Product in high quality WAV format in 44.1kHz at 24bit mastered versions.
  • The Product licensed by the Salesperson to the Client is Royalty Free.
  • The Client is eligible to unlimited units of the Product through unlimited territory.
  • The Client is eligible to unlimited streams on the web.
  • The Client is eligible to unlimited broadcast plays.
  • The Client is entitled to choose the song name.
  • The Client is entitled to represent the song under his own artist/stage name.
  • The Client is entitled to record vocals material on the Product.

(d) Exclusive License

  • The Client is to be delivered the Product in high quality WAV format in 44.1kHz at 24bit mastered versions including the Stem files.
  • The Product exclusively licensed by the Salesperson to the Client is to be discussed in private.
  • The Client is eligible to unlimited units of the Product through unlimited territory.
  • The Client is eligible to unlimited streams on the web.
  • The Client is eligible to unlimited broadcast plays.
  • The Client is entitled to choose the song name.
  • The Client is entitled to represent the song under his own artist/stage name.
  • The Client is entitled to record vocals material on the Product.

Changes to a Product are not allowed. No cutting or editing is allowed on any purchased composition by any third party editor/producer that could be involved in the clients project unless asked. For further changes we are always open for discussion. If you wish to purchase an exclusive license for a track please contact us through the contact form.

Credits should be attributed to the composer as a holder. No other party should be named as a composition copyright holder. Please credit the composer as follow: Produced by Alia Schafer.

2.      End User License

Each Product sold on this website that includes samples, loops, and/or presets material is entitled to the following license:

(a) End-user License

  • The samples, loops, and presets, shall not be re-distributed and/or traded. This includes both re-selling and distributing/uploading it for free. Violating this term is a violation against the laws of copyright.
  • The Product content is licensed, not sold, to the Client, by the Salesperson.
  • The Product licensed by the Salesperson to the Client is Royalty Free, and the Client is free to use the sounds in any production and commercial releases.
